April graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2021 with a Masters of Laws in Taxation. She has focused her career on Tax Law, Business Law, and Real Estate Law after obtaining her Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central School of Law in 2020.
Before starting her own practice, she represented clients in front of the IRS, negotiated Tax Settlements with Federal, State, and Local Governments, created business plans for small business, worked with corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, and worked with licensing entities to advocate for her clients.
